GTAMUN 2025 Registration Information

1. General Registration Steps

Delegates must complete the GTAMUN 2025 Delegate Registration Form (linked above), providing their personal details, school affiliation, and committee preferences.

Once your registration has been received, you will receive an email from the GTAMUN Registration Team within 48 hours outlining payment instructions.

• Delegates will all receive an email outlining steps for payment after registering.
  
  

After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within one week, including your committee and country/character assignment. At this point, your registration will be officially complete. Delegates are then encouraged to review their background guides and prepare for committee sessions.

Registration Fees:

• Early Registration: $30 October 13-31st
  
  

• Regular Registration: $35 November 1st - 14th
  
  

• Late Registration: $40 November 15th - 28th
  
  

2. School Delegation Policy

Schools wishing to register as a delegation must complete the Delegation Registration Form, which confirms the delegation’s size and membership.
This form must be completed once per school by the Head Delegate or Faculty Advisor.

Delegations must also include delegate information within the form. Our Secretariat will assign committees based on the Delegate Registration Forms submitted by individual delegates.

Please note that each delegate within a delegation must still complete the Delegate Registration Form to be formally registered.

3. Media Consent Policy

All delegates are required to agree to GTAMUN 2025's Code of Conduct which entails media consent.
Photos and videos will be taken throughout the conference, including during committee sessions and ceremonies. These may be shared on GTAMUN’s website and social media platforms following the event.

4. Position Paper Policy

Position papers are highly encouraged but not mandatory for award eligibility at GTAMUN 2025.
All submissions are due by November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

5. Refund Policy

All conference fees are non-refundable.
Payments must be completed by November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST to secure your spot at the conference.
